Call for Abstracts

1. Application Period for Submitting Subject and Abstract

Application of subject and submission of abstract is valid until April 20 (Tuesday).

Detailed information on the application of subject and submission of abstract are available online.

* The UMIN system is used for application of subject and submission of abstract.

2. Subject Registration Procedure

  1. It is recommended to write the abstract using a word processor. Using the copy function, copy the abstract and paste it in the abstract frame on the Subject Registration screen.
  2. The abstract shall not exceed 250 words in English. The “Objective,” “Methods,” “Results,” and “Conclusion” format for the abstract of a study report. The “Objective,” “Case,” “Results,” and “Conclusion” format for the abstract of a case report.
    * The subject may not be adopted if these formats are unclear.
  3. Photos and charts are not acceptable.
  4. Register your password to refer to and update the registered abstract.
    6 to 8 one-byte alphanumeric characters
  5. Updating and modification are possible as many times as you want on the web page until the deadline.

3. Form of Presentation

(1) Oral presentation

  1. Time: Oral presentation (7 minutes) + Q & A (3 minutes)

    Your presentation will be supported by the combination of a personal computer and a liquid crystal projector. The presentation should be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint ver. 2003. More detailed information is available on the website of the Convention.

(2) Poster presentation

  1. Information is available on the website of the Convention.

(3) Excellent Poster Award

The winner of the excellent poster award will be selected from those who presented a poster.

4. Application and Registration Screen
