Information for participants

To participants in Annual Meeting:

  1. Reception in the foyer on the 5th floor of Tower Hall Funabori
    July 24 (Saturday) 08:30-17:30
    July 25 (Sunday) 08:30-14:30
  2. Acceptance of participation on the day
    Those who want to register on the day are requested to pay the fees shown below to the receptionist and receive a participation badge.
    Participation/registration fee ¥15,000
  3. Abstracts
    Abstracts are available at ¥3,000.
  4. Enter the affiliation you belong to and your name in the participation badge (name card), and then wear the badge. Admission will be rejected if you have no participation badge.
  5. Get-together with members
    Venue: Tower Hall Funabori (Fukuju/Togen)
    Time: July 24 (Saturday) 18:30-
    Participation fee: ¥3,000
  6. You are supposed to eat or drink only in the specified area. Use of cell-phones in the hall is prohibited. Set your cell-phone in the manner mode.
  7. Smoking is allowed only in the specified area.

Hall A: Big Hall (5F of Tower Hall Funabori)
Opening ceremony, general meeting of members, general subjects (oral presentation), special lecture, evening seminar, medical treatment guidelines for temporomandibular arthrosis: Report on Project Study by the Japanese Association for Dental Science 2007-2008, and extramural lecture for citizens
Hall B: Small Hall (5F of Tower Hall Funabori)
Refreshing seminar, general subjects (oral presentation), and explanation of the qualification for medical specialists/medical specialist training curriculum
Hall C: Training Room (4F of Tower Hall Funabori)
Hands-on seminar
Hall D: Exhibition Hall (1F of Tower Hall Funabori)
General subjects (poster presentation) and exhibition by enterprises

To presenters:
General subjects (poster presentation)

  1. Hall D, Exhibition Hall (1F of Tower Hall Funabori), will be used for presentation and discussion.
  2. Poster: The presenters of posters are requested to go through procedures at the poster reception counter in the hall mentioned above by 9:15 a.m. on July 24 (Saturday) and then stick the poster to the panel with the specified number.
  3. Poster session: July 24 (Saturday) 15:00-16:00
  4. Removal of posters: July 25 (Sunday) 15:00-15:30
  5. Size of posters: A panel board of 180 cm high and 90 cm wide will be provided.
    The secretariat of the convention will prepare the subject number (20 cm high and 20 cm wide) and stick it to the upper left part of the panel as shown on the right.

    * Please prepare thumbtacks by yourself to stick your poster.

    * Items to be prepared by the presenter
    Title: 20 cm high and 70 cm wide
    (Paste a photo of your face and write the title, name, and affiliation you belong to.)
    Size of content: 160 cm high and 90 cm wide

    ☆ Prepare the above within the specified area.
  6. Presentation and Q&A: Free discussion will be conducted from 15:00 till 16:00. Presenters are requested to wear the tag with a ribbon and stand in front of their own subject.
  7. "Excellent Poster Award"
    The "Excellent Poster Award" will be given to the excellent poster presenters at the general meeting. A ribbon will be put on the award winning posters around 17:30 on July 24 (Saturday). Award winners are requested to go to the general reception counter immediately. The commendation ceremony will be conducted during the “Get-together with members” to be held from 18:30 on July 24 (Saturday). Be sure to attend it.

Others

  1. Smoking is allowed only in the specified area. Your kind cooperation would be highly appreciated.
  2. There is a cloak in the foyer on the 5th floor.
  3. A space for relaxation is provided for general members in the Exhibition Hall.
